Who are you guys?

HypeUnique was founded in 2019. We are a store full of enthusiasm and always choose the highest quality, corresponding to the highest cost sports shoes and streetwear.

What’s your location?

Our warehouse is located in HONGKONG, and the shipment is shipped from HONGKONG. But it may be different in the tracking information. This is also one of the reasons for the delay in delivery of the tracking numbers of some packages.

How do I know you are real or legit?

Please check our posted customer reviews from real chat screenshots. We generate dozens of conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram and email every day. In the Instagram account @hypeunique__review, only customer reviews after successful delivery are posted.

You can ask us to take photos with chat screenshots and shoes background, but we cannot guarantee to provide them every time.

How it work if I want to order?

You can place an order directly through the website, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about size and inventory. It should be noted that if you choose a payment method other than credit card, you will have to contact us for the next step to complete the payment .

I’ve been charged more than my order amount, how’s that happen?

Because the credit card payment gateway will charge an additional fee of 5%-10%.

Which delivery service you use?

For international direct transportation, we use services including EMS, DHL Express, Fedex, UPS, etc. Fedex and UPS are only valid for orders of more than 5 pairs of shoes. In addition, we may use other exclusive logistics delivery services to ensure that the package can pass through the border and be delivered to your doorstep. We will choose the most suitable delivery method considering the shipping address and your needs.

All packages are not shipped directly from initial city, there is few days used to transit and pickup to get tracking numbers.

Why I haven’t receive my tracking number after purchased few days?

Your package may be being shipped, or being transported at a different station to reach the final delivery service receiving point to obtain the tracking number, please don’t worry, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us to check the status of your package.

I received a tracking number but it doesn’t show it’s on the way to my home.

We use a variety of methods to ship your items to be delivered to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, they are sometimes detected and rejected for export. This might mean that the original tracking number that was generated and emailed to you has been rendered invalid. Please reach out to us if you noticed any anomalies on your tracking status.

Why the status stuck at “shipment information received” on DHL?

Before the shipment information is received by DHL, the package may undergo different airport transportation to the location of the DHL collection point. As the shipment is shipped from HONGKONG, it will cause delays. This does not mean that your package is staying in one place or not shipped.

How does payment work? What do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit card including Mastercard, Discover, Amex, JCB, Diners club. (Visa gateway is unavailable since Aug and is being fixing, the date of complete not known yet). FYI credit card transactions will be charged a 5%-10% fee by card gateway.
  • PayPal(Only accept no buyer-protection & “Sent to someone you trust” & “Send to Friends and Family”. Why only this way? To avoid malicious use of buyer protection for fraud.
  • Online Bank Transfer
    • Bank transfers within Australia in AUD via the Direct Entry (BECS) network
    • Bank transfers within Canada in CAD via the EFT network
    • Bank transfers within the US in USD via the ACH network
    • Bank transfers within the EU in EUR via the SEPA network
    • Bank transfers within the UK in GBP via the BACS or Faster Payments Service network
  • Western Union
  • Transferwise

What is the insurance and how does it work?

Depending on your country’s/region’s law and jurisdiction, it may be unlawful to purchase replicas. Custom officials from certain countries may conduct random checks and may confiscate your order should they deem it to be unlawful. Our insurance option provides for a one-time free replacement at no extra charge, should your original order be seized by customs.

If you are concerned that your order may be confiscated by customs, we highly recommend adding an insurance coverage.

An insurance coverage will cost 7% (min as 10$)(For example, for an order with142$ the insurance is 10$) per order. In the event of a seizure by customs, we will reship your order once for free.

Insurance coverage acts as a safeguard against seizure of reps by your local country’s customs only. In the uncommon event of a seizure by authorities, we will provide a ONE-TIME free reship of your order.

We will request for adequate proof of seizure (official letterheads, proof of contact) as we deem fit. All claims would have to be made to our side. Our decision is final and absolute.

How can I return/exchange?

We accept returns within 7 days after package signed for delivery. However due to expensive freight of international parcels, although we spend 30-60$ for unit of 1kg, you could met the situation of 80$ for unit of 1kg to return from your home to our return address. If things can be solved in other ways we’d love to and recommend you do that. We only provide virtual compensation services including but not limited to discounts, store credit or partial refunds.

Do you have any discount code I can use?

We will post coupons in different platforms from time to time. You can try it on the checkout page.

Duties & Taxes

All international duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
